We whole-heartedly believe that a Wedding Planner is one of the most solid investments you will ever make! By knowing industry professionals, and from experience, we know how to get you the best value for your dollar as well as give your wedding the “wow factor” you are looking for.

PACKAGES & PRICING
We start our relationship with new clients by having a phone or video chat consultation to accurately assess your wedding planning needs. From there we’ll send you a package suggestion and a custom quote within 48 hours. Each wedding we plan is completely custom, and prices will vary depending on the size, complexity, budget, and number of guests you have attending. Our new packages are designed to serve a very limited number of couples each year in order to keep our ideas exciting, fresh, and couture, while also maintaining a great work-life balance with our families. We currently offer the following Wedding Planning Packages for our clients:

> Destination Wedding Planning & Design
Our rate for Destination Wedding Planning is 15% of the total wedding budget plus the cost of travel and accommodations for your planner.

> Full Serice Platinum Wedding Planning & Design
Our rate for Full Service Wedding Planning is 15-18% of your event budget depending on the guest count and the length of the planning process.

REGIONAL MINIMUM WEDDING BUDGETS
Please note that we do service clients with a minimum budget to keep our events cohesive and consistent in both quality and style depending on the cost of planning a wedding in each region. There is no upper cap on the budget for weddings we can plan. We have a minimum budget in order to keep our events cohesive and consistent in both quality and style, and over the years have found that these are the minimum costs likely to produce an event that looks like the events in our portfolio. In order to help you plan ahead for your initial call with us, here are some ranges for what you can expect a wedding planned by Ambiance Luxe to cost.

Connecticut, Manhattan, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley
For weddings in this area served by our Greenwich, CT office, we look for a minimum budget of $100,000 for approximately 150 guests. If you have a particularly large guest count we would expect your budget to increase to accommodate the larger event size.

> Fingerlakes Region of Central New York
For Weddings in this area near our Founder’s home, we look for a minimum budget of $50,000 for approximately 100 guests, however if your guest count is less than 100 and your budget is $40,000 we may still work within this range.

> Destination Weddings
We classify a Destination wedding as a wedding in which the bride and groom and all of their guests are traveling to the wedding. We can plan Destination weddings at exotic destinations all over the world, or a destination wedding in another State in the United States.
